I initiated my journey of self-education by delving into extensive research and consuming information on nutrition and fitness. I have witnessed many family members and friends struggle with health issues and I have also experienced a major injury trauma, alongside navigating the challenges of perimenopause and gut dysbiosis. I pursued experience by shadowing professionals in the field, immersing myself in diverse aspects of health, nutrition, the microbiome, and hormone imbalances. This practical exposure fueled my passion further, ultimately culminating in my pursuit of formal education and certifications from the
Institute of Integrated Nutrition and the University of Metabolic Mentorship.
With your dedicated coach, unrestricted communication whenever you need it, and full access to our client resource portal, you'll establish the essential foundations for behavior change, hormonal balance, a positive food relationship, and sustained consistency in energy.
